Some studies do show that eating yogurt during antibiotic treatment may help prevent diarrhea, and is beneficial in reducing risk of yeast infections in women.

“Many people get nervous when you talk about food, dieting and changing the way you eat”. That’s fact you’re absolutely right. So, it’s likely the best way do not make them nerous is to eat lonelinessly:-) Some wise man said, that if you eat something, and no one else sees you eat it, it has no calories. When you eat with someone else, calories don’t count as long as you don’t eat more than they do. Something like that:-)

Actually, saying seriously, it’s really very hot and wide discussed theme and that’s no wonder why. Diet, well eating is your health, it’s one of the most necessary functions of vitality. But no doubt it must be doing in one’s right mind, as everything we should do in this life though:-)

Roasted Broccolini with Balsamic Vinegar

2 bunches (about 8 ounces each) broccolini
1 tablespoon olive oil
kosher salt to taste
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
2. Trim the stem ends of the broccolini and spread the spears on a baking sheet. Brush them with olive oil (especially the flowering part) and sprinkle with salt.
3. Roast the broccolini on the top rack of the oven until the stems become tender when pierced with a knife, about 10 minutes.
4. Toss the broccolini with the balsamic vinegar and serve.
Serving Size: about 2 spears

But during these hot summer days the best what she turns out well is Gazpacho. Definitely this traditional Spanish cold tomato soup is the perfect starter to a Summer Saturday meal. It’s funny but the recipe includes practically nothing more than bread, garlic, salt, olive oil, vinegar and water besides that it’s absolutely dietary and healthy nutrition, try it


6 cups cold water
6 large tomatoes – peeled, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 sweet red bell pepper (or green) seeded and chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 (1 pound) French bread, cut into small cubes
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (omit for vegetarian option)
4 cups tomato juice

Then just combine water, tomatoes, bread, and oil in a large stock pot then blend in a food processor garlic, cucumber, and pepper to a paste. Stir it all then blend until ingredients have a pinkish consistency. Finally add vinegar and salt by your taste. It’s ready to!
