100 Ways to Feel Better

Actually there are many ways to feel better and I guess that most of you could list right now a lot – from exercises and special diets and plastic surgery etc. There are 100+ ways to cut calories and sometimes some of these ways are not as easy as you could imagine it before you started on. But you know, I’m absolutely sure you exactly know that, that the general, main and no doubt the most effective way to get it rid is to eat less and to be acting more. That’s it.

As to me I just don’t know better way of acting than dancing. There is a bit of insanity in dancing that does everybody a great deal of good. This is sport, fitness, this is good breath, normal heart working and more and more. And you know what is the most important in a dance? It’s good mood and that nobody cares if you can’t dance well. Just get up and dance!:-) Besides that you can dance anywhere you wish, even if only in your heart.

Keep Health Up Comments

Very often getting comments on my posts I’m agree with the authors and just want to say all of them thank you for reading and supporting my position. Now I would like to answer to Rmeo who left reply on Living With Diabetes article. He wrote:
“Many people get nervous when you talk about food, dieting and changing the way you eat”. That’s fact you’re absolutely right. So, it’s likely the best way do not make them nerous is to eat lonelinessly:-) Some wise man said, that if you eat something, and no one else sees you eat it, it has no calories. When you eat with someone else, calories don’t count as long as you don’t eat more than they do. Something like that:-)

Actually, saying seriously, it’s really very hot and wide discussed theme and that’s no wonder why. Diet, well eating is your health, it’s one of the most necessary functions of vitality. But no doubt it must be doing in one’s right mind, as everything we should do in this life though:-)

Sport and Health

No doubt all of us, irrespective of age, sex, other differences do care about health and fitness. Actually the goal of any diets, exercise or sport training we do is not only to loose some weight but health improving of course. Regular physical exercises strengthen your heart and lungs, build muscle, increases metabolism. Besides that it stimulates the release human growth hormone and regulates aging process as well.

And that’s absolutely great for your health if you can make your exercise a habit doing it at the same time every day strongly. If you suppose that the only way to keep your health is to eat what you don’t want, drink what you don’t like, and do what you’d rather not you are not right!:-) I’m sure that only the things we do with a pleasure is good for health. One study found that people who do bodybuilding workout, strength training or just aerobic exercises became 25% more active in daily life than before they started to do so.

Today bodybuilding has become a wide popular sport and that’s no wonder, bodybuilder trains increase strength and build beautiful large muscles. So while some builders do so for posing competitions, still others using different training methods, learning from steroid books create their own cosmetic purposes. It’s wellknown that general function of steroids is promoting growth of muscles and bones. By the way, bodybuilding has not yet become an Olympic sport because of the using of anabolic steroids and growth hormones. But the real and true enjoyment comes from activity of the mind and exercise of the body; the two are united.

Green Tea Benefits

Perhaps all of us love to drink tea having different priorities in taste, color and smell of it. There are three main kinds of tea we know – green, black, and grey. What is the difference between them? Today we’ll talk about green tea. Green tea is made from unfermented leaves and reportedly contains the highest concentration of powerful antioxidants called polyphenols and that is fact.

Perhaps you’ve heard about antioxidants well enough, today discussion about this substance is really wide popular. Well, I just remind you that antioxidants are such substances that scavenge free radicals known as its damaging compounds in the body that alter cells, tamper with DNA (genetic material), and even cause cell death. Free radicals occur naturally in the body, but environmental toxins (including ultraviolet rays from the sun, radiation, cigarette smoke, and air pollution) also give rise to these damaging particles. So, such antioxidants as polyphenols contained in a green tea are able to neutralize these free radicals and may even help to prevent some of the diseases they cause.

Green tea has been extensively studied in, you know people have consumed it throughout the ages – more than 500,000 years, archeologists say. In traditional India, China, Japan, and Thailand medicine, practitioners used green tea as a stimulant, diuretic (to promote the excretion of urine), astringent (to control bleeding and help heal wounds), and to improve heart health. Other traditional uses of green tea include treating flatulence (gas), regulating body temperature and blood sugar, promoting digestion, and improving mental processes. Grean tea is included practically in every weight-loss diet as an important component supporting your organism functions and relaxing your appetite. As you see a green tea has a lot of benefits to drink it as you please.
How to brew the perfect cup of green tea? It’s really very very easy.
Steep the tea for 1 to 2 minutes only. The amount of tea you need per pot or cup is approximately 2 grams for per cup will make a perfect tasting tea (1 teaspoon for a 6 to 8 oz. cup).
Keep your health up with a green tea!

“One more cup of coffee – I am still in love with you”!:-) Yes, the most I love is black coffee espesially when Adelia serves it beautifully in a small cup with a handle, accompanied by a small cookie. The way my coffee is served is very important to me. So, taking a look at the online coffee shop you can also buy coffee mugs you need right away.
Besides that no doubt there are many so tasty Spanish dishes my best friend Adelia which is originally from Spain tries to entertain me every weekend. But during these hot summer days the best what she turns out well is Gazpacho. Definitely this traditional Spanish cold tomato soup is the perfect starter to a Summer Saturday meal. Good Few Extra Pounds

That interesting fact has been found during the study followed 11,326 adults in Canada for 12 years then published online in the journal Obesity June 18. A few extra pounds might bring extra years – overweight people were 17 percent less likely to die than those of normal weight. The risk for obese people was the same as for people of normal weight, the study authors noted as well. The findings do not mean that normal-weight people should try to pack on extra pounds, the researchers said.

“It may be that a few extra pounds actually protect older people as their health declines, but that doesn’t mean that people in the normal weight range should try to put on a few pounds,” said study co-author Mark Kaplan, a professor of community health at Portland State University.

“It’s not surprising that extreme underweight and extreme obesity increase the risk of dying, but it is surprising that carrying a little extra weight may give people a longevity advantage,” co-author David Feeny, a senior investigator at the Kaiser Permanente Center for Health Research in Portland, Ore., said in a Kaiser news release.

But Kaplan noted that there’s more to health than just living longer. “Our study only looked at mortality, not at quality of life,” he pointed out, “and there are many negative health consequences associated with obesity, including high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes.”

Being healthy involves more than body mass index (BMI) or the number on a bathroom scale, said Dr. Keith Bachman, a weight management specialist with Kaiser Permanente’s Care Management Institute.

“We know that people who choose a healthy lifestyle enjoy better health: good food choices, being physically active every day, managing stress, and keeping blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar levels in check,” Bachman said in the news release.

Keep Health With

Definitely you are what you eat. This idea has come to us via quite a tortuous route. Anthelme Brillat-Savarin wrote, in Physiologie du Gout, ou Meditations de Gastronomie Transcendante, 1826:

“Dis-moi ce que tu manges, je te dirai ce que tu es.” (Tell me what you eat and I will tell you what you are).

In an essay entitled Concerning Spiritualism and Materialism, 1863/4, Ludwig Andreas Feuerbach wrote:

“Der Mensch ist, was er ißt.”

That translates into English as ‘man is what he eats’.

That’s right and no doubt your eating habits can say a lot about you. Is your fridge stocked full of fresh fruits or fat-filled and overly salted processed convenience foods? You are what you eat and the fact is there are many ways on how to win and keep health with a diet which might includes actually any food you like, though it were any salads or perfect pripared meat with a bocal of your favorites wine.

No one denies that with what you eat you can change not only your cognition and mood but a little bit the world.
