Perhaps all of us love to drink tea having different priorities in taste, color and smell of it. There are three main kinds of tea we know – green, black, and grey. In traditional India, China, Japan, and Thailand medicine, practitioners used green tea as a stimulant, diuretic (to promote the excretion of urine), astringent (to control bleeding and help heal wounds), and to improve heart health. Other traditional uses of green tea include treating flatulence (gas), regulating body temperature and blood sugar, promoting digestion, and improving mental processes. Grean tea is included practically in every weight-loss diet as an important component supporting your organism functions and relaxing your appetite. As you see a green tea has a lot of benefits to drink it as you please.
How to brew the perfect cup of green tea? It’s really very very easy.
Steep the tea for 1 to 2 minutes only. The amount of tea you need per pot or cup is approximately 2 grams for per cup will make a perfect tasting tea (1 teaspoon for a 6 to 8 oz. cup).
