It’s no secret that losing weight is one of the most popular themes people discuss far and wide because according to the last statistical dates the dynamic of the process is increasing every year turning into one of the word’s health problems. Perhaps you would never have thought but obesity and overweight as a debilitating health factor increases the risk of developing such diseases as blood presser and cardiovascular disease, respiratory difficulties and chronic musculoskeletal problems, skin problems and even mental problems to say nothing of a big risk for chronic diseases, including diabetes, hypertension and certain forms of cancer.

Could you imagine that there are more than 1 billion overweight adults in the world and at least 300 million of them obese? According to the most recent researches only in US around 31% people are obese with a BMI in excess of 30. In England is alike situation, approximately 46% of men and 32% of women are overweight. Can in be wondered then the interest in diet, nutrition, dietary supplements and pills has risen along with the dramatic increase.

No doubt everyone wants to live a fit, happy and healthy life, so you do I guess. But you must admit that sometimes your lifestyle looks like everyone wants you too much drinking and smoking, and too little exercise. Is it someone who wants you to eat unhealthy food by fair means or foul? Healthy or unhealthy life is only your choice. In the book of life every page has two sides and all what you need is to open the right one. Is it easy? It’s easy as a life :-) . Very often the tragedy of life is not that we choose one or another way, but that we wait so long to change it for the better, dont you think about?
