“One more cup of coffee – I am still in love with you”!:-) Yes, the most I love is black coffee espesially when Adelia serves it beautifully in a small cup with a handle, accompanied by a small cookie. Besides that no doubt there are many so tasty Spanish dishes my best friend Adelia which is originally from Spain tries to entertain me every weekend. But during these hot summer days the best what she turns out well is Gazpacho. Definitely this traditional Spanish cold tomato soup is the perfect starter to a Summer Saturday meal. It’s funny but the recipe includes practically nothing more than bread, garlic, salt, olive oil, vinegar and water besides that it’s absolutely dietary and healthy nutrition, try it


6 cups cold water
6 large tomatoes – peeled, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 sweet red bell pepper (or green) seeded and chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 (1 pound) French bread, cut into small cubes
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (omit for vegetarian option)
4 cups tomato juice

Then just combine water, tomatoes, bread, and oil in a large stock pot then blend in a food processor garlic, cucumber, and pepper to a paste. Stir it all then blend until ingredients have a pinkish consistency. Finally add vinegar and salt by your taste. It’s ready to!
