Keep Health With
Definitely you are what you eat. This idea has come to us via quite a tortuous route. Anthelme Brillat-Savarin wrote, in Physiologie du Gout, ou Meditations de Gastronomie Transcendante, 1826:
“Dis-moi ce que tu manges, je te dirai ce que tu es.” (Tell me what you eat and I will tell you what you are).
In an essay entitled Concerning Spiritualism and Materialism, 1863/4, Ludwig Andreas Feuerbach wrote:
“Der Mensch ist, was er ißt.”
That translates into English as ‘man is what he eats’.

That’s right and no doubt your eating habits can say a lot about you. Is your fridge stocked full of fresh fruits or fat-filled and overly salted processed convenience foods? You are what you eat and the fact is there are many ways on how to win and keep health with a diet which might includes actually any food you like, though it were any salads or perfect pripared meat with a bocal of your favorites wine.
No one denies that with what you eat you can change not only your cognition and mood but a little bit the world.
