Lunch – 1/4 chicken based and 1 orange
Dinner – 2 eggs and 1 raw carrot

Day 7
Breakfast – Coffee and toast or water cracker
Lunch – 7 ounces red meat and 1 orange
Dinner – Anything you weant up to 500 calories
(you should repeat diet for 6 more days)
